Pet lovers pay even more attention to their beloved animals than before the pandemic: Health care, premium and super premium food, as well as titbits are having a real boom nowadays.
As has been the case for years, AlphaVet attended the fair with a stand. Under the slogan “Supporting Revitalisation and Mobility”, BiogenicPet Vitality and BiogenicPet Mobility were presented to the professional audience. Both contain highly active, specific ingredients that support the overall regeneration of dogs and cats, and the recovery of the damaged musculoskeletal system, respectively. The recently launched, locally produced underpads met great interest too.
According to István Szetmár, AlphaVet’s Commercial Head, these four days were extremely lively. “While the export team looked after a big number of our existing and potential international distributors at our booth, the colleagues from AlphaZoo, the leading Hungarian retailer, hunted novelties for our seventy or so pet shops”, he said. At the same time the procurement experts met with our current suppliers.”
This year’s Interzoo was attended by a total of around 28,000 professionals from 129 countries.
