We are pleased to inform you that our company, Alpha-Vet Ltd., is undergoing a significant transformation. As a result of dynamic growth and development in recent years, we have decided to continue our operations under a new company form, ALPHAVET PLC, starting from November 1, 2024. This change is not just a simple transformation but an important milestone in the history of our company.
From November 1, 2024, the details of ALPHAVET PLC will be as follows:

- Location: H-1194 Budapest, Hofherr Albert Street 42. UNCHANGED
ALPHAVET PLC. is the full legal successor of Alpha-Vet Ltd., meaning that all rights and obligations arising from contracts previously signed with you will fully transfer to ALPHAVET PLC. from November 1, 2024. In practice, this means there will be no changes to the contractual relationship itself, only the company details of the seller will be updated as per the above information.
Despite the change in company form, our financial account numbers will remain unchanged. We kindly request that payments for invoices issued but not yet settled be made to the same bank account numbers, but now under the name ALPHAVET PLC. In case goods delivered before the company form change are invoiced by us after November 1, the invoices will be issued by ALPHAVET PLC. The payment terms and settlement methods will remain the same throughout, ensuring smooth financial processes and legal continuity.
The PLC structure is subject to stricter regulations, which further enhances our company’s transparency and accountability, strengthening our high-level financial practices, and bringing benefits to all our partners.
